Shipping Policies

LMC Bookstore ships all orders via UPS. Please note all shipping fees are non-refundable. Books are professionally packed by our shipping and receiving team to ensure the safety of your items.

Orders are usually received within 4-7 working days; however during rush periods in August and January, delivery time may take slightly longer.

Returns

PLEASE CHECK THE BOTTOM OF YOUR RECEIPT FOR THE CURRENT REFUND DEADLINE!!!

You MUST have your original receipt for ALL returns/exchanges.

A REFUND/EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN IF:

  • Books are returned in original condition by the refund deadline.
  • New textbooks come back new, meaning in mint condition. No tears, or writing or markings in the book of any kind.
  • Shrink wrapped textbooks are still wrapped in the original cellophane with the NO RETURN IF UNWRAPPED STICKER.

No REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on the following: catalogs, schedules, general supplies, electronics, software, reference books, food/drinks, clothing, sale merchandise.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF ALL MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED. We reserve the right to refuse service, orders, or advertising requests on this site.
